About the Role: As our Recruitment Bus Driver Assessment Centre Coordinator, you will own the end ‑ to ‑ end coordination of bus driver assessment activity — before, during and after each Assessment Centre. You’ll be the friendly, reassuring voice candidates first hear, the welcoming face they meet on the day, and the trusted point of contact guiding them through to induction and start date.
