The Supervisor, Ophthalmic Services manages related support services such as on-site visual fields, photography, and echography in collaboration with technical expertise-based support department managers. The incumbent provides supervision of technical and coordinator staff based upon specific areas assigned. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS: Provides day to day direction to the ophthalmic technicians, patient coordinators, and professional staff in support areas, as assigned. Adjusts daily schedules based on patient schedules, available staffing, and patient flow in the clinic areas.
