Description The Department of Management at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University, invites applications for a full-time Academic Professional Track (Non Tenure) faculty position with a 9-month academic appointment beginning August 1, 2026. Applicants will be considered for the faculty titles of Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, or Assistant Professor, Associate Professor of the Practice depending on qualifications. The successful candidate is expected to teach in the areas of Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Change, and Entrepreneurship among other macro-organizational topics. We seek qualified members who teach in in-person format at the undergraduate and graduate level (e.g., BBA, MBA, MS, professional MBA, executive MBA) and also have interest or experience in teaching in the asynchronous format. Position may involve teaching in summer semesters as well. The teaching load will be six courses per year for Clinical and Professor of Practice track and eight courses for Lecturer track.
