Manager, Project and Program Management (Enterprise Mandates Delivery)

Your Role The Enterprise Mandates Delivery team is a group of project managers and business analysts dedicated to supporting the business in implementing large, cross-group mandates that have significant IT impacts required by federal, state, county, and BCBSA rules or requirements, making sure the company achieves compliance. The Manager, Program and Project Management will report to the Senior Director. In this role you will lead and develop a team of Project Managers and Business Analysis responsible for enterprise regulatory mandates providing clear direction, financial management, coaching, performance management and prioritization support across a complex portfolio of work.
