Delivery Manager - Sportsbetting

Job description

As a Delivery Manager, you are accountable for end-to-end delivery for two to three cross-functional Scrum or Kanban teams. You own the agile process, orchestrate releases, and use data driven insights to improve predictability, quality, and stakeholder confidence. You partner closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads to ensure the team is always working on the most important, well-understood work, and that risks, dependencies, and blockers are actively managed. Facilitate core Agile ceremonies and ways of working Partner in capacity planning and resource alignment - Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives). - Ensure followthrough on action items and support implementing Kanban where appropriate. - Maintain healthy rhythms and guardrails so the team can deliver predictably. - Partner with Product and Tech Leads to plan capacity based on demand, known constraints, and time off. - Ensure capacity and commitments are aligned and explicitly understood by the team and stakeholders.
