Director of Practice - Mooorview Vets, Backworth Salary up to £60,000 DOE, Welcome bonus up to £5,000 & Relocation Allowance up to £5,000 Contract Type: Permanent Closing date: Monday 4th May 2026* subject to change We are looking for an ambitious and forward-thinking Director of Practice to lead and grow our high-quality first opinion multi-site group including a main hospital and specialist dental facility , where collaboration, development, and team wellbeing are central to everything we do. As Director of Practice, you will work closely with Senior Vets, Senior Nurses, the Customer Care Lead, and central support teams. You will play a pivotal role in the leadership and management of the practice, with a strong focus on communication, collaboration, and relationship building.
