Description The Semmes Murphey Clinic is looking to add another great personality to our front desk team. This position is key to creating a seamless experience for patients when they arrive and through the checkout process. This role would be a good fit if you are friendly, dependable, and enjoy making a positive impact on patients and their families. This is a full time, onsite, position Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities Include: - Confirm patient demographic and insurance information is correct/updated in their electronic medical record - Interpret data on check out sheet and schedule appointments for patients according to physician-specific criteria - Accept co-payments and process credit cards for real-time payments; provide patients with a receipt - Interact and communicate professionally with patients, financial counselors, nursing staff, diagnostic imaging staff, and supervisors as needed - Occasionally travel to satellite clinics to preform Front Desk functions for visiting physicians Requirements: You should...
