Job Description Purpose of the role: To help clients with technical evaluation for acquisitions, divestitures and financial solutions to meet their business objectives. Accountabilities: - Analysis of technical (petroleum / reservoir engineering) data to provide inputs for financial model used to market client's asset, or help with investment opportunities. - Provision of engineering support for transactions, including drafting presentation materials, and preparing data room documents. - Collaboration with other team members in generating A&D / M&A ideas for clients. - Building / leveraging of network of industry contacts to stay informed about the technical aspects of the business, and leverage that knowledge for related pitch work and assignments. - To help clients with technical evaluation for acquisitions, divestitures and financial solutions to meet their business objectives.
