Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage with potential homebuyers at model homes, open houses, and online inquiries. Conduct sales presentations and community tours, highlighting features, benefits, homes and floor plans. Assist customers in selecting inventory, floor plans, home sites, and design finishes.
