Position: Program Director, Carl D. Perkins Grant Department: Academic Affairs: Type of Position: Full-time Salaried: Exemption Status: Exempt: Work Schedule, Hours per week: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week Opportunity for hybrid schedule: No: Starting Salary Range: $73,109.00-$96,115.00 and determined based on relevant years of work experience provided on application and resume. Position Summary: Administer and manage all aspects of the Carl D. Perkins career and technical federal grant program (including related Kansas Board of Regents career and technical education grants), provide leadership for the career and technical education partnerships that support the Governor’s Career and Technical Education CTE) Initiative (SB 155), and manage off-campus sites that promote career and technical course offerings and programs for Johnson County Community College (JCCC). Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years’ experience managing state/federal grants. - A minimum of three years’ experience managing Carl D.
