Position Overview: The HR Generalist (People & Culture) supports the day-to-day execution of core HR functions across a growing, multi-location automotive service organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring HR operations run smoothly, employees are supported, and processes remain accurate, compliant, and scalable. Reporting to the Director/VP of People & Culture, this position partners with leadership, Finance, and Operations to maintain strong people operations that support overall business performance.
