Infinite Aged Care (Tweed) is seeking experienced Aged Care Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentors to join their team Monday to Friday AM shifts (06:30 - 14:30). The Role: Join the Tweed Clinical Care team in a rewarding and fast-paced role as a Care Coordinator and Nurse Mentor. This full time role reports to the General Manager, with support and guidance from the Clinical Care Manager whilst Supervising and supporting our passionate care team. The key purpose of this role is to ensure that all our residents within our beautiful facility in Knoxfield receive the highest quality of clinical care. The Clinical Care Coordinator is responsible for the management and resourcing of the care needs within the facility, documentation and assessments are up to date and in alignment with best-in-class clinical practices.
