Lead Specialist, Global Supply Chain, Quality Assurance Belvidere, NJ: The Lead Specialist, Global Supply Chain, Quality Assurance will ensure that the North American Regional/Global Distribution Center (NARGDC) meets the applicable Quality Standards, while maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the flow of goods through the warehouse/distribution center. They will safeguard the NARGDC License to Operate regarding the Quality Standards of the warehouse/distribution center and provide basic support to the Global Supply Chain (GSC) Quality Assurance Manager. Key Areas of Responsibility: - Materials Management - QA verification of repackaged/relabeled and damaged/non-conforming material - Customer sampling/aliquot documentation review - Local oversight of the Global Product Returns process - New material receipt oversight - Storage temperature monitoring - SAP material status change request handling - Material destruction form handling - Facility Support - Management of Change (MOC) - QA Risk Assessment - Calibration/preventive maintenance work order review - Pest management oversight - Regulatory/Quality Management Support - Customer complaints – internal (ownership); externa...
