Structural/Outfit Technical Lead - Detail Design - 00126000 Description: Job Title: Technical Lead - Detail Design Location: Halifax, NS: What you’ll be doing: - Lead the design team, applying technical expertise to complex design tasks - Provide advice, guidance, and mentoring to team members, ensuring adherence to Detail Design processes and Design Management Systems (LCM) - Identify and escalate complex design issues, advising on technical resolutions that impact program delivery - Ensure all engineering deliverables meet standards, rules, and regulatory requirements - Contribute to technical governance by ensuring compliance with the Quality Management process and supporting approvals for spatial designs and systems - Provide expert technical advice to other professionals, technical staff, and customers, using judgment and experience to resolve issues based on best practices and precedent Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a generous annual leave allowance and paid sick leave.
