We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures while utilizing gained educational knowledge and experience. Essential Functions: - Will review Store Loss Prevention Incident Reports for shoplifting situations. Will be responsible in documenting case evidence into Power Point presentations to be sent to police. - Coordinate alarm testing with store management - Review exception reports - Assist in reviewing video for audits and remote audits - Learn and assist in Corporate Badge program - Learn and assist in InformaCast . - Assist with Tellermate rollout. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally. - Must have strong interpersonal skills. - Must be able to work in a strong team-oriented environment. - Must have the ability to problem-solve and decipher when to escalate to management. - Must be detail oriented.
