Performance & Strategy Business Partner - IEA Ready to Make a Difference? At CoAct, we exist to help people create positive, lasting change. We’re looking for a collaborative and commercially minded Performance & Strategy Business Partner - IEA to join our national team and play a critical role in driving service partner performance across the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. This is a highly consultative role where strategy, relationships, data and innovation come together. You’ll work closely with service providers to analyse contract outcomes, identify risks and opportunities, and develop targeted strategies to improve results and client impact. If you bring deep experience in DES or IEA employment services performance, a strong analytical mindset, and the confidence to challenge, influence and drive improvement, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role: Reporting to the General Manager – IEA/TTW, you’ll operate across a diverse national network of service partners, working with multiple providers simultaneously to drive consistent performance uplift and improved client outcomes.
