Packaging Technician Night shift: 6p-6a: Job Overview: Join the Magnesita Refractories Co team as a Production Operations specialist, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our surface finishing processes. This position is integral to our emphasis on high-quality production standards and exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Follow all Department SOP’s and JSA’s - Report any near miss, damage, safety concern or injury utilizing the safety tracking system - Safely maintain a consistent rate of production by achieving reasonable expectations - Follow all Department and Company policies and procedures - Ability to set-up, operate and troubleshoot complicated Automation programs and robotic equipment - Will be required to efficiently and safely operate a sit-down forklift - Must be able to operate all production lines within the Packaging Department (cross trained) - Check all equipment daily for safe operations.
