Job description

Job Summary Assist oversight of maintenance for CSX Transportation Curtis Bay Coal Pier while ensuring timely and safe completion of assigned projects within delegated budget. Supervise contract employees, and outside contractors for safety, quality, and cost effectiveness. Provide field technical assistance as required. Implement cost reduction plans in all aspects of manpower, materials, tools, equipment, utilities, and vehicles. Supports use of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) to manage Service Requests and Work orders within the assigned territory. Primary Activities and Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage the inspection, installation, and maintenance over $500M in Electrical assets including but not limited to: high and low voltage infrastructure from Utility to Point-of-Use and control systems including SCADA, HMI, PLC, VFD, and relay-logic. - Supervise and manage the inspection, installation, and maintenance over $500M in Electro-Mechanical assets including but not limited to: ship loaders, car dumpers, conveyors, thaw sheds, environmental systems, fire suppression systems, compressed air systems, drop tables, turn tables, cranes, wheel true machines, fuel systems, san...
