Description This dual-focus executive role is responsible for both driving grant-funded initiatives and spearheading the creation of our new philanthropic foundation and its endeavors. You will provide creative, client-facing relationship building and direction for programs funded by federal, state, and private funds. You will oversee the financial administration of federal, state, and private grants, ensuring that the Grants and Strategic Initiatives Department (GSID) and program staff have what is needed to accomplish their approved program initiatives, and provide oversight and consultation for funding compliance and reporting requirements. Additionally, as the strategic architect of the newly formed foundation, you will guide all legal and operational 501(c)(3) compliance steps to get the foundation up and running.
