Bilingual Program Director, Workplace Advisory (FR/ENG)

SUMMARY: The Program Director, Workplace Advisory is responsible for planning, developing, delivering and reporting on the program of projects that will be assigned to team members. All projects to be delivered within scope, schedule, and budget according to BGIS as well as client procedural boundaries. This person will be responsible for Occupancy Planning projects, the implementation of Workplace Technologies (including reservation tools, BI insights, sensor programs) and other Workplace Solutions related projects. In addition, the Program Director is also accountable for direct supervision of all assigned project team members. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: People Leadership: - Full involvement with recruiting talent. - Provides mentoring, coaching and guidance to all team members. - Objectively recommends compensation adjustments. - Manages all aspects of performance. - Utilizing and maximizing team skills with a focus on professional development. Project Management: - Manages the delivery of assigned Workplace Solutions-related projects from conception to completion such as: drawing & occupancy-related projects, implementation of Serraview, Reservation Systems, Sensor Programs...
