Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Execute predictive, preventative, and breakdown maintenance procedures. Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment. - Select, install, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, process, and support equipment and systems. - Support production by troubleshooting and repairing equipment (e.g., mechanical, electrical) failures. - Use gauges and test instruments to diagnose malfunctions and failures. - Fabricate and install new equipment for assigned projects. - Weld, repair, and fabricate parts and equipment. - Inspect plant equipment (compressors, pumps, etc.) on a daily basis to monitor health and functionality. - Conduct daily inspection of process and packaging systems. Inspects work to assure proper execution prior to startup. - Use computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for work orders and maintenance procedures. - Capture and maintain information on equipment deficiencies, and communicates information effectively with facilities engineer/or manager and co-workers. - Communicate and interact with entire maintenance team and larger site operations team to ensure smooth coordinated maintenance operat...
