Department Summary The SJSU School of Music serves over 300 music majors pursing undergraduate degrees in Music (BA, BM_Composition, BM_Jazz Studies, BM_Music Education, BM_Performance), as well as the Master of Music degree. With a faculty roster of approximately 60 artist/teachers, students in the School receive professional individual and group instruction, supporting curricular standards guided by best practices. The School is accredited by NASM, and presents over 200 performances per season throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
