As we advance our commercial setup, digital sales performance and experimentation have become core levers for improving acquisition, optimizing the paywall, and increasing conversion through targeted sales campaigns. To accelerate this work, we are establishing a dedicated Digital Sales & Experiments function. As leader of this team, you will define how we use paywall tactics, segmentation, offer development, and systematic testing to improve commercial performance. You will drive continuous experiments on paywall logic, messaging, pricing and new concepts, and work closely with Brand & Marketing to ensure that marketing efforts translate into conversion and new subscriber growth.
