UX Researcher

Job description

We are looking for our future UX Researcher to join our P roduct team s in Dublin and our Global Customer Experience (CX) team! The role is offered as hybrid with 2 to 3 days per week onsite, in our Sandyford office. As a UX Researcher on the Experience Insights (EXI) team (which is part of the larger Customer Experience team ) , you will work closely with designers, product managers and other stakeholders to create and refine digital experiences that improve the lives of our users. Using mixed-methods research, you’ll support teams by bringing clarity to ambiguity with user insights throughout the product development process, from early-stage discovery to launch and evaluation. The role is essential in delivering seamless and intuitive user experiences that are grounded in user needs.
