About the Role: Grade Level (for internal use): 03 We’re hiring a Product Designer to lead the user experience of Spark Assist, an enterprise GenAI tool scaling across S&P Global. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a designer who has shipped real products inside a financial services company or fintech startup, and who is comfortable operating with autonomy at the intersection of AI, financial workflows, and rapid iteration. You’ll partner directly with leadership and customers to shape Spark Assist’s direction, run user research, and help scope the design roadmap and team growth. You’ll set the bar for what an intuitive, trustworthy, and genuinely useful enterprise-grade AI tool looks like.
