Job description

This PRODUCTION PLANNER position will be located in Plant 10. Job Roles: - Anticipation and forecasting--understands operation, maintenance and manufacturing rhythms; reviews and communicates customer demand and helps to prioritize and schedule work - Measurement oriented--ensures schedule attainment, throughput, on time delivery, influences revenue, customer satisfaction, finished/shipped goods, etc.; tracks and plans according to customer furnished information and knowledge of internal capability and capacity; able to adjust as needed - Relationship and communication--interacts with a wide variety of stakeholders; acts as liaison between customer and plant; facilitates understanding of customer priorities within the plant; galvanizes efforts to ensure goals are achieved. - Organization and structure--detail and follow through oriented; manages and monitors inventory and information accurately; adjusts “behind the scenes” without causing visible disruption to customers; creates replicable processes and systems in response to emerging issues or opportunities; time conscious - Ownership--tracks down information, people, requirements, or other necessary elements to ensure smooth oper...
