Position Summary: The incumbent will track contract articles, develop a database of past cases, provide training to field staff, act as consultant regarding PEF/NYS contract, and advise the contract negotiating committee. - This position is based in Albany, NY and contingent for 1-year as there is a hold by the incumbent, pursuant to the PEF/USW collective bargaining agreement. * Qualifications: - The enforcement and monitoring of contract articles for the weakness of present language; evaluate effect of contract language. - The development of a database of past grievances and arbitration analysis.
