Academic Req: Required – Bachelor’s degree; certification by the relevant governing authority, Teaching English as a Second Language/Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages certification or other appropriate accrediting body and additional training to meet the special needs of unaccompanied children Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention Work experience: Required – At least three (3) years of teaching and supervising, including a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables: 1. Meet all federal and state regulatory guidelines and standards that are applicable to this position. 2. Hire, train, supervise and provide performance feedback for program personnel in accordance with agency policies and procedures and federal and state standards and requirements. 3.
