The Office of Housing at The University of Tennessee at Martin is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Hall Director of Cooper Hall. The Hall Director is responsible for implementing a residence life program that promotes community development and student engagement in the residence halls. Each unit in housing contains anywhere from 260 to 500 students whose demographic is mainly undergraduate students. The Hall Director will focus their position on staff supervision and development, student discipline, program development, property management, and on call response to a variety of situations. The Cooper Hall Director will supervise 6 Resident Assistants and 3 Desk Attendants. This is a full time live in position with a competitive salary, 1-bedroom furnished apartment, comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities and a tuition waiver.
