What we are looking for in our Floor Staff Roles Previous Experience in a wait or floor role is a must. Restaurant or pub food led experience welcome You enjoy providing table service with personality - in a fun, food environment A great attitude and a passion for hospitality remains a critical ingredient. Teamwork and reliability are the other key ingredients. We're a genuinely friendly team and we'll certainly give you all the tools you need to be successful, whilst letting your personality shine through.
