Description Summary of Description: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist performs duties of a highly technical nature in recruiting and sourcing for ReCon and clients of ReCon. This includes using online recruiting sources to source talent, schedule interviews with clients, onboarding new employees, and working with the HR Manager in developing effective recruiting strategies. Duties: - Leads the recruiting efforts for ReCon Management and associated clients. - Leverages networking and online recruiting resources (social networks, professional organizations, trade groups) and uses applicant tracking system to identify and recruit the best candidates. - Attracts, interviews, and qualifies applicants for all open positions. - Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. - Conducts interview of candidates, which could include the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies. - Coordinate the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. - Manages and coordinates all communication wit...
