JAC Products is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Napoleon, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the overall strategic initiatives of the manufacturing site and the effective execution of daily administrative processes, including recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits, payroll administration, and employee relations. Primary Responsibilities: - Responsible for hourly recruitment including internal postings, interviews, extending offers, preemployment screenings, background checks, and conducting new hire/benefit orientations. - Manage the weekly/biweekly payroll process by ensuring accuracy of employee schedules and timesheets, and processing payroll changes. - Responsible for the planning and coordination of contract labor services. - Resolve employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations at the direction and guidance of the Human Resource Manager. - Accurately maintain employee records within the HRIS system and employee personnel files. - Manages, administers, and maintains hourly attendance program for manufacturing facility. - Lead the administration of all JAC offered benefits, which...
