LiveWELL Care clinics provide primary care and acute outpatient care services to Advocate Health employees and their covered family members. In addition, LiveWELL Care provides Worker’s Comp and DOT physicals as an occupational medicine service for Advocate Health employees. Position Highlights: - Sign-On Bonus! - Weekender Shift - Schedule (.6 FTE): Friday-Sunday 7:30-4:30 - Additional staff to include RN and/or CMA - Practice sees traditional acute episodic care and basic primary care for ages 6-month-old- and up for employees and covered health plan lives. - Typical patient volume 12-14/day.
