To start as soon as possible, full time, permanent The Asset Management Framework Lead is responsible for implementing, maintaining and developing OFF’s asset management framework, ensuring it becomes part of OFF’s working culture. This role ensures that physical assets are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle to support business objectives, optimize performance, and control risk. The role influences the entirety of the RWE’s OFF business with focus on the lifecycle functions Development, Construction & Operations About the role: - Govern and maintain the Asset Management Framework (AMF) as a source for all employees across RWE Offshore with regards to our governance, structures, key processes, and tools applied along the asset lifecycle - Ensure the AMF is implemented, lived, and continually improved to ensure we take asset-related decisions on a consistent, performance driven and risk-informed basis in line with our strategy and organisational objectives - Pursues AMF objectives (including risk and opportunities management, performance management, decision making etc.) and demonstrate compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and stak...
