Company Description Controller (ERP / Manufacturing – Cosmetics OEM / ODM) Location: North Burbank, CA: Full-time Salary: $150K-180K DOE: Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Controller with strong ERP experience to lead all accounting and financial operations for a cosmetics OEM/ODM manufacturing company . This role will focus heavily on cost accounting, inventory control, and financial reporting within an ERP-driven environment. The ideal candidate has a strong manufacturing background and is experienced in leveraging ERP systems to improve financial visibility, operational efficiency, and reporting accuracy. Job Description: - Oversee all accounting functions including GL, AR/AP, payroll, and financial reporting - Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes within ERP systems - Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP - Lead cost accounting processes including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation - Maintain and optimize ERP system usage for accounting, inventory, and reporting functions - Partner with operations, supply chain, and production teams to ensure accurate cost tracking - Analyze manufacturing costs inc...
