As part of our newly established athletic department, we are introducing cross country and are looking for a Head Coach who is ready to lead, innovate, and create a program that reflects our values and vision for student success. The Head Coach serves as a key leader and strategic visionary within the Baker College Athletic Department, responsible for building and sustaining a premier intercollegiate cross country program. This role oversees all aspects of program development, including training, competition strategy, recruiting, and operations, while ensuring full compliance with NAIA and WHAC regulations. As both a mentor and ambassador for Baker College, the Head Coach fosters a culture of excellence, integrity, sportsmanship, and inclusion, supporting the academic, athletic, and personal success of student-athletes.
