3rd shift Outbound Lead Full-time |3rd Shift |9:00pm-7:30am | Location – Olathe, KS, 66062 Job Summary: The Outbound Lead is responsible for overseeing daily outbound warehouse operations, ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe handling of products from picking through shipping. This role supports team productivity, maintains operational standards, and provides leadership, training, and guidance to warehouse team members. The Outbound Lead works closely with management to improve processes, maintain safety standards, and ensure all outbound shipments meet company expectations. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop outbound team members through training, feedback, and daily guidance. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that promotes safety, accountability, and productivity. Conduct regular team meetings to review performance metrics, discuss challenges, and implement solutions. Train and certify team members on material handling equipment as needed.
