Description The FMC Compliance Specialist (Governance & Oversight) leads and manages the end-to-end FMC compliance framework for DACHSER’s U.S. NVOCC operations, ensuring that both DACHSER USA and the licensed NVOCC entity, KINGWOOD, fully comply with all applicable FMC and 46 CFR regulations. This role focuses on establishing strong governance rather than performing filings as a primary function. It ensures that all filings and FMC-related commercial and operational activities are compliant by design through effective policies, controls, monitoring, training, and continuous improvement. The Specialist acts as the central coordination point between U.S. regulatory operations and key internal stakeholders—including pricing, operations, product, legal, and finance—supporting a proactive compliance culture while minimizing regulatory, financial, and reputational risk. - Own the FMC compliance framework for DACHSER USA/KINGWOOD: policies, controls, review cycles, evidence retention, escalation paths. - Ensure compliance with relevant FMC regulations (incl. 46 CFR Parts 515, 520, 532, 541), translating regulatory requirements into operational rules and controls. - Define and maintain a...
