Surgical Technician - Operating Room at Providence Hood River Hospital. This is a Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Day Shift position, four (4) 10 hour shifts with call once per week and one weekend (48 hours) every 6-7 weekends. $8,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. Works closely with all members of the surgical team to provide direct patient care in an effort to optimize positive surgical outcomes. Assists the surgeon and surgical team during the procedure by providing the appropriate sutures, supplies, instruments and equipment. Maintains proper sterile technique during the procedure.
