Head of Engineering

Job description

SportAdmin is looking for a Head of Engineering to own and drive the technical direction of the company while contributing commercially as a member of the local management team. This is not a pure process role — we want someone who leads through culture, earns trust from engineers, and can hold their own in a business conversation. You will be responsible for the engineering organisation, the technical roadmap, and for making sure we build the right things the right way. You will have line responsibility and be expected to shape how the team works, hires, and grows. The balance is roughly 60/40 technical-to-commercial, but we care more about judgment than job descriptions.
