For our office in Madrid , we are looking for a (Senior) Legal Counsel (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities: Independently advise Aquila Capital on all legal matters relating to general commercial and contract law, with a focus on projects in the areas of renewable energy (wind, solar, hydro), real estate, and infrastructure Provide legal support in the restructuring and sale of projects within the above-mentioned asset classes Independently draft, review, and negotiate national and international agreements and documentation, in particular: Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs) EPC contracts: Operation and maintenance (O&M) agreements: Procurement and other service agreements: Lease agreements: Enforce and defend warranty, damages, and other claims Support out-of-court negotiations as well as national and inter...
