Technician wage range is $25.31 - $36.70 Technologist wage range is $28.30 - $42.46 Position is 7P-7:30A, 7 Days on/7 Days off Job Purpose & Position Overview: To perform laboratory testing for WCHS laboratory. Qualifications/Skills: - Demonstrate the Winnebago Tribe’s core mission, vision, and values - Under the direct supervision of the Laboratory Manager, the MT/MLT provides technical support by performing analyses, tests, and procedures that assist in the prevention, diagnosis, or treatment of diseases. - Accessioning/ ordering tests in the Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and processing specimens with referral to the reference laboratories. - Operates, maintains, and calibrates the equipment used to ensure it is operating efficiently and providing accurate results - Performs basic troubleshooting as needed - Maintain documentation according to regulatory agencies and write laboratory policies and procedures. - Exposure to infectious clinical specimens on a regular basis, so adherence to sterilization and infection control procedures is required. - This position is responsible for using his/her skill, accuracy, proficiency and dedication to work in all laboratory sections p...
