We Make Doors – Where they lead is up to you… DEPARTMENT: MAINTENANCE: Position: MACHINE MAINTENANCE: BUSINESS TITLE – SENIOR MAINTENANCE: PAY RATE: Level 1 - $28.38 Level 2 – $29.87: Level 3 – $31.36: Level 2 and 3 will be based on yearly performance evaluations. Qualifications: · Must have strong communication skills, be a team player with a positive attitude, and will need to be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision. · Strong logical thinking skills · Must possess the ability to read and understand directions/procedures in equipment manuals, understand how to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions. · Hands on knowledge of volt meters and other test/measuring equipment, must possess the ability to solve electrical problems (such as maintenance of automation equipment, wiring equipment, connecting airlines, power supply, AC/DC motors and control cabinets).
