Job Purpose This role involves managing and progressing a specialist caseload of pain‑related injuries, ensuring each case is handled with care, expertise, and efficiency. You will work collaboratively under the Serious Injury Guide and Rehabilitation Code where appropriate, contributing to early road‑mapping discussions and fostering a cooperative approach with all parties. A key part of the role is delivering exceptional client care, maintaining high standards of communication, and consistently striving for the best possible outcomes. You will also support the development of apprentices and paralegals within the team, helping to build capability and confidence. The position requires strong drafting skills, excellent time management, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure, all while ensuring cases progress in line with KPIs.
