Job Title: Program Coordinator Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time $27.50/hr Reports to: Program Director, Family & Youth Enrichment JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Program Director of the Family and Youth Enrichment department, the Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for facilitating programs focused on family and youth enrichment, emphasizing youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Programs include Afterschool Achievement Academy, Toddler Achievement Academy, Operation Hero, Camp Hero, Operation Little Learner, Operation Kid Comfort, & potential support for special events and Horse of the Sun Ranch events. These duties include working closely with the Program Director to ensure that program needs are being addressed.
