Essential Job Responsibilities: Customer Service – Perform general Service Lane duties, greet guests, Within 1 minute of their arrival and shuttle both sales and service guests. Closing Lot- Clean all bathrooms and breakrooms. Empty all trash. Clean all windows. Clean guest waiting area for the next day. Ensure that there are cleaned and washed rental vehicles if needed. Moving vehicles need to be transferred to correct location to be serviced or stored. Wash vehicles and Assure the transfer of completed Vehicle to the Guest in a timely manner as instructed by advisors Opening Lot- Rolling up gates and disengaging locks. Showroom -Ensure that it is ready to receive guest.
