POSITION SUMMARY: The Director, Enterprise Systems provides strategic leadership and ownership of MSD’s enterprise application ecosystem — including ERP,MES, MRP, PLM, etc.) — with accountability for driving business capability improvements, operational efficiency, and scalable digital solutions that support MSD’s manufacturing, commercial, and service segments. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technology delivery, leading a team that transforms business requirements into durable system solutions aligned with organizational growth objectives. Deep understanding of JDE, as well as other ERP platforms is required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Leads enterprise systems roadmap development, partnering with business owners to identify capability gaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in business processes through platform optimization and adoption of industry best practices.
