Lead Application Developer

Job description

ADP is seeking a Lead Application Developer to drive end-to-end solution delivery across our application portfolio. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership—guiding design, code quality, data integration, and reporting capabilities across a complex ecosystem that includes .NET , SQL Server , Oracle/Oracle APEX , Salesforce , and ADP data sources. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who can translate business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. What You’ll Do: - Own solution delivery across the full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. - Design and build .NET applications (VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) with clean architecture and testable patterns. - Develop robust data layers using SQL Server (T-SQL queries, views, functions, stored procedures) and Oracle (PL/SQL) and build apps in APEX where appropriate. - Create dashboards and reports using SSRS and/or other BI tools; establish data models and govern data refresh and access. - Integrate systems via REST APIs (consume and orchestrate), including Salesforce and internal/external services. - Leverage ADP data (e.g., Databricks, Oracle, D...
