Clinical Practice Manager, Float and Special Projects

Job description

Collaborate with the Vice President, Sr. Director, Clinical Director, Physicians, and clinical staff to manage, assess, and enhance the provision of patient care services within any patient care unit within Patient Care Services on a 24/7 basis to meet continuous quality improvement, customer service, programmatic growth, and financial requirements supporting the mission of Seattle Children's Hospital. Monitor staffing plans and staff development to meet current and anticipated needs and to maintain compliance with patient safety and regulatory requirements. This role will also lead special business projects by executing administrative direction and assigned duties to optimize clinical operations or hospital-wide initiatives. Provide peer leadership coverage by serving as the primary leadership point of contact and providing operational coverage for other Clinical Practice Managers (CPMs) during periods of leave of absence to ensure departmental continuity.
