What you will do: - Plan, schedule, and supervise testing activities and facilities to assess the performance, durability, and integrity of prototype and existing lift trucks. - Establish test requirements, modify equipment, and develop procedures to meet project objectives. - Collaborate with engineering teams and other departments to coordinate test programs, resolve development issues, and drive improvements in product validation. - Provide technical consultation, recommendations, and training for designers, engineers, and Test Technicians. - Execute test plans by assembling, maintaining, and repairing prototypes; conduct tests, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and communicate results via detailed reports. - Lead initiatives to enhance testing efficiency, quality, and compliance with engineering standards an...
